    Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

    1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

    If you believe that material available on Collegon infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification in accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) to us (admin@collegon.com).
    Your notification must include:
    - A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
    - Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
    - Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it (e.g., URL);
    - Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address);
    - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
    - A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

    2. DMCA Notices Should Be Sent To:

    3. Counter-Notification

    If your content has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe this removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send a counter-notification to us (admin@collegon.com) that includes:
    - Your physical or electronic signature;
    - Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed;
    - A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
    - Your name, address, and telephone number;
    - A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction of a U.S. court where Collegon may be found);
    - A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

    4. Repeat Infringers

    Collegon has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may also limit or suspend access to our services if a user is suspected of repeated infringement.

    5. Misrepresentation Warning

    Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes false claims of copyright infringement may be held liable for damages. Please ensure that your DMCA claims are truthful and based on a genuine belief of infringement.
